“Is this a bone conduction device? I have a grandson that is hearing impaired, with no outer ears. He uses a bone conductive hearing aid which works well. I was wondering if this would work? Normal headphones will not work for him.”

• No, it isn't bone conduction. There are two small speakers in the Sound wear that project upward toward your ears. Your grandson should be able to hear the Soundwear when using his hearing aids, but I'd test in the store for feedback first.
