Don't believe so. You have to have a Bluetooth connection. The PS4 connects to Bluetooth headphones through a direct connected device to it. This wearable speaker is more for a phone or other devices that connect directly to it without the need of said device to be the middle man.

No. My ps4 says not supported by ps4.

Yeah I wouldn't see why not whatever. As long as the PS4 has Bluetooth then you should be able to connect the headset to the system. I have not tried this, I'm just guessing.
