“I just called your customer service and they stated this only comes with the black drum. Can we get clarification on this? There seems to be other questions related to this product asking if this comes with the color cartridges as well?”

I got a kit of 4. 1 per color.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure why the drum kit is listed as black, but you get 4 drum units in the box. All are black, with no toner cartridges included. Inside the box you should find 4 individually wrapped drum units. Only one unit is unique and is clearly marked BK (for the black toner slot on the MFC-9130CW). The other three are marked C,Y,M for use in any of the three color slots in the printer. The drums are easily replaced and can be pulled and swapped at any time (just make sure the printer is turned off first!). I repeat...NO black or colored toner cartridges come with this kit. Instructions are included for replacing the drum units and resetting the machine parts life counter (there are 4, one for each color).

All are colored black, with each package clearly marked...1 is strictly marked for the Black (BK) slot, the other three can be used in any slot (C, Y, M). Toner cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) must be purchased separately.
