Q: Does ordering the DR221CL drum unit mean I get a package that contains all four drum units (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow or do I just get the black unit? If just the black unit, how do I order the other three?

A: Yes you get all four drum units.

Q: what exactly is this used for and where do I install It? On my machine Brother MFC-9130CW it has been coming on the screen to replace the drum. Is this what I need to replace. Thank you.

A: The drum is what holds the toner cartridge in the printer. It's the black thing that the cartridge sets in. You will need to pull each one out, then remove the toner cartridge and install it into a new drum. Each color needs one. After doing so you will need to reset the drum life counter on the machine. A: The Brother DR221CL is the drum unit set which transfers the toner to the paper. The toner cartridges are sold separately.
