Standard weight printer paper. Haven't done a lot of photo printing at high settings, but at default settings I'd say photo quality is fair at best. Depends a bit on the image. From several feet away a full letter size image will look pretty decent, but up close it's not great. For a laser printer of this price, it's good, but laser printers of this price aren't good at printing photos compared to inkjets of similar price. If it needs to be high quality try an inkjet or go to a print shop.
