No. Laser printer toner is a powder, and will not go bad. I chose a laser printer for this reason. If you print once a day, once a week or once a month, it doesn't matter.

I just wanted to print black& white but no I need pink. The laser uses a powder in the cartridges it doesn’t drive up it cost more in the beginning but you’ll save in the long run
