• Yes, I use with Echo Show and Echo dots. Nothing else required.

• I use Google devices and it sees them no problem. You do not need a bridge or anything. The bulbs are self sufficient. I have 4 working. Alexa should work the same way. They were only $12 for 2 when I purchased them. Fully dimmable also.
