9.5 Watts (providing 760 Lumens Max) Yes. You can use your Google home mini as the hub for the lights without needing your existing hub. Keep in mind the bluetooth range of the bulbs is less than other technologies such as Z-Wave, etc. I have multiple home minis throughout my house that provide lots of Bluetooth mesh coverage for all of my bulbs. Basically, I have a mini in each room. This is probably way overkill though.

Currently, our bulbs are only compatible with C by GE smart switches. Dimming a smart bulb is never recommended and can cause serious damage to a bulb. Rather than dimming the lights through the wiring, our switches send a wireless signal to our smart bulbs, and the dimming takes place in the bulb itself. Other switches alter the current traveling through the wiring to dim lights which can seriously damage a smart bulb. If you are planning on using Google Home voice assistance to control your smart lights, it is best to always leave the light on at the switch and to use the app or voice assistance to control them instead of the switch.
