“how is the low light performance on this camera as far as high ISo? Is there a lot of noise at higher ISO's?”

Every camera has an increase of noise as you raise the ISO. If your looking for an answer that is measurable, I would go to DP review and look at their full review of the camera. That are by far the gold standard when it comes to ridiculously in-depth camera reviews and comparison.
