You’ll be able to track your vehicle as long as the Carlock device remains plugged in and your phone has Wi-Fi or cellular data. Even if the Carlock device is unplugged, the built-in backup battery allows tracking for up to 30 minutes afterward. Carlock uses GPS satellite and cellular connectivity, not Bluetooth.
