• It's best to read your manual that came with it! Or go to their site. For the amount of time you want someone to answer this question you could of looked it up yourself! We are not manuals but people who own same product where questions are more on quality, etc. This question is a month old and you didn't get a answer so hopefully it wasn't your only way to get in house,

• It is located on the backside of the unit, and it would be a 12V Lithium Battery.
