• Yes, the CPI500W inverter can output 400W of power continuously for as long as the battery you have it connected to is able to supply power. However, if you are planning on powering a breathing machine such as a nebulizer or CPAP it is recommended to use a pure sine wave inverter such as the Cobra Pure Sine 400W (CPI400PSW) for best performance.
