CDR 820 uploading to make video? I have 2 other DAS CAM & I use Windows movie maker 2.6 to upload my video into to made a video can I upload the CDR 820 video into that if not what do I need?

you need software called a transcoder . Mac uses VLC Handbrake and I am sure windows has the ability ...youtube will have the answer

Use Registrator Viewer to view and edit DashCam videos.

This vendor, BB, does not provide much basic information about the products they sell. Typically, vendors with little info sell for low prices. That is not the case here so they are not much of a vendor, eh? The video format is not compatible with most software, avoid it.
