“I just bought this item, charging my laptop currently. It is making a noise while it is plugged in to my car. It works, but is making a noise. Like a fan noise but squeaky. Is this normal or should I return?”

Thats normal for it to do that those are fans blowing inside the inverter.. You will notice it only does that with laptops
