Mine was in the bag with the power supply cable. If you don't see it then I would call customer support.

Which you can the RGB lights within your system if you know that your RGB is connected to your motherboard. If it is, you will need to download software that is compatible with your motherboard. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It didn’t bring one. I have had two of those desktop and none of them had bring the remote. Those desktop They don’t come with one. You should know this. And if you read what it says that the package brings it doesn’t mention remote.
