“I was wondering what dimensions the case is because later on for fun I might want to switch to an AIO water cooler, and I want to know the dimensions of the front and top, also if there are already fans there, Thanks!”

The case is a Lian-Li P-008 exclusive to CyberPowerPC. The "front" fans are on the side towards the front. The case supports up to a 360mm aio on the top.
