Make sure they are properly connected to the PSU. I had this issue when I powered mine on and found that the fans had come unplugged.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is it not turning on or spinning? You might have to check the wires for any loose wires or loose connections. The fan should be plugged into the power supply through sata or molex or it has to be plugged into the motherboard to work. If you are talking about the lights not working, it has to be plugged into a rgb hub controller or directly to the motherboard (if it has an RGB or LED pins on it) using a splitter or daisy chaining.
