“Out of the box, starting the setup, the wifi was turn off. Why that way? I found one reviewer had a same problem, we have to plug the Ethernet cable in to get started . Something was wrong?”

Just plug your Ethernet cable in and "ADD" your Wifi password to your new PC. My PC did get onto the Internet when I plugged in the Ethernet cable but, a little later I went to get onto the Internet and had to ADD my Wifi password to the PC. No problems. Very easy.
