I would recommend running the windows 11 update as soon as possible. The only way that I know of to switch to Windows 10 would be a full wipe of the HDD and installing a clean copy of 10 via Windows Creation Media. This involves creating a USB flash drive with the media installed. You can go to Microsoft's support page for instructions on doing this. I am not sure if this would void the warranty on the PC though, so you may want to reach out to CyperPower support first. Good Luck.

Please try again later.1.Head over to the Microsoft download page and download Media Creation Tool under the Create Windows 10 installation media section. 2.Run the MediaCreationTool file. Then click Accept to agree to the terms of service. 3.Select Upgrade this PC now option and click Next. The setup will start downloading the latest version of the OS available. It may take some time, depending on your internet connection. 4.After the download is complete, click Next. 5.In the Choose what to keep screen, select Nothing, and click Next. 6.Click on Install to begin the installation process. This may take some time, so wait till you have rolled back to the latest Windows 10 version. This took me awhile to figure out but it worked for me I bought this pc and am currently running windows 10. Note doing this makes you delete everything so prepare for that
