“My son received this PC as a gift for Christmas but is having trouble getting his headset/mic to work. He has tried the USB port as well as the Audio and Mic jacks on the back. Is there a specific place he should be plugging in his headset??”

If it’s a usb headset with mic, you have to make sure to select the headset as the primary speaker and mic in the sounds settings. There’s a few tutorials on YouTube on how to change the sounds settings to work for usb microphones.
