“Do you need the c reach for the motion sensor to work? I got 2 motion sensors and they dont seem to work”

Thank you for reaching out Erick! You do not need a C-Reach or any hub to use the motion sensor. The Cync Motion Sensor will only control Cync or C by GE devices when adding them to a room in the Cync app. Feel free to contact us at 1-844-302-2943 for assistance getting your motion sensor working properly. -Cync Support Team
