• No, does not come with DVD disks (for bootup, recovery, Windows, etc.). & does not include any external recovery boot device or media. Does have recovery & bootup options installed on hard drive (on separate partition). & has DVD burner/writer drive. So you can create your own set of DVDs from the recovery options. So if you get this & keep, may want to create a set. (Most computers I have evaluated recently are like this, optional to make your own recovery disks or on external file storage device (like USB) optional.) For DVD/CD (optical disks, Blu-ray), I use rewritable disks. So can be used for something else, & updated, or can retry if write has mistake. Compared to write once disks, which are waste if you don't need contents anymore.
