It has HDMI out so yes you can use a second monitor. It also has USB3, which can run monitors with an adapter. so one way or the other you can use a second monitor. Since its an Intel GPU it can probably run a 3rd monitor as well. The next question is at what resolution.

Please try again later.I've been reading up on this all night..looks like since this model doesn't anything but USB ports there might not be a way...the only thing I see are hubs and adapters that require switching to HDMI or other video ports...still looking into it...i have two all in one computers so it seems even harder...i dunno I've spent hours on this and I'm super confused now.. maybe a docking station.. but it seems to me that somewhere you need a video port ..i think this inspiron computer sucks just like all the comments say...why would you even want touch screen on a desk top..you have to lean over the desk to touch it..easier to just use the mouse and stay leaned back in your chair
