Chatted with Dell Tech Support. This is NOT normal. This was the 2nd laptop with this issue. Dell Tech could not figure it out after seeing pics/videos of the issue. Returned it (again) and bought a Dell from Office Depot (higher model). No issues at all. Set right up!
