Good for the price. Can’t expect much for this price point. Gets hot with no real cooling. But surfs the internet just fine.

The computer was very easy to use and very fast..

I have been using it for a month and so far it's been great. It is way faster than my dell Inspiron i3 gen7 for sure! The black computer has more of a dark gray and semi metallic keyboard look than expected, which isn't a problem. It was fairly easy to setup, took it out of safe mood and uninstalled the junkware.

This is a solid mid-tier laptop. Thin & light weight with very nice and bright touch screen. It packs more than enough power for the WFH professional that does typical browsing, video conferencing, multi-monitor placement, etc. We don't use it for coding or any high consumption editing, so I can't comment on that regard, but for 95% of the people out there that just want a solid long term laptop, this will do quite well. The only CON I have against it is there is no Type-C port, which I would expect from a Laptop like this one. It does have multiple USB and one HDMI port, but the type-c would make it much more versitle.

Ok, I am using this laptop everyday and it is performing well. I have not used it for any graphics program or long complicated things. I also do not use it for movies or games. the screen is nice, touch screen, There are however impressions of the keyboard appearing on the screen which over time my be an issue. I paid 385 ish of this ride and so far I am enjoying it. The unusually large pad is nice but if you tend to rest your thumb side on the deck you will have unwanted taps during your keyboard input.

It's working very good so far .supper fast start up and shut down only thing I don’t like is text is small . Touch screen is a nice upgrade and touch pad was easy to use and learn.

My Dell computer has everything I need. Also got it for a great price. I really the touch screen. Pictures are so bright and clear.

The hinge separated from the screen and back of the laptop after 1 year, 1 month. The laptop was not dropped & was only used 1-2 times per month when it was easier to do something with a larger screen instead of my phone.

I brought open box excellent device from best buy this year . Product is in very good condition and fell is always excellent. I have purchased same laptop last year to gift to one of my relatives and he has been using it without any issues . This device never hangs and has decent speed .I must mention that best buy has been wonderful in terms of store pick up process
