- Answer On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation. In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button. Once switched off the S mode cannot be revoked.

- Answer It does not. Few new laptops an optical drive because it saves weight and cost. You can buy an external optical drive for 20-30 dollars that plugs into a USB port.

- Answer Definitely yes. Pretty much any mouse you want can be attached. I prefer a Bluetooth mouse as it doesn't use one of the USB connections. We love this computer. Good luck

- Answer Hello, this would be a good laptop for photoshop. It has intel i5 which a fast processor. As long as you have a good photoshop program you should be able to do what you have to.

- Answer The S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to switch out of S mode. Switching out of S mode is one-way.

- Answer 2 slots for Ram chips, I have my laptop running @ 32gbRam(2X16) & 5 Tb of Storage( 1TB NVME + 4 TB SSD). Can’t comment on 64GB memory, but won’t see use of that kind of memory in a lower end laptop for everyday use. It might very well not give the results you expect, as I hardly see any difference @32gigs for everyday use. Thanks
