Joy systems, you may want to look up the difference if that is you logic you sell. Selling a product as refurbished when you do not refurbish it but just renew it by rebooting it to original programs is not refurbished. See images below. Maybe it will help you in the future.

Refurbished is the same as renewed . For specific inquiries there will be contact information in your paperwork and stickers on the computer
