Best Buy the worst in subcontracting

I tried to ask the seller to provide information on Thumb Drives installed in the back . I got no answer. Then when I tried to return the product the seller first admitted they never heard for me and then all of the sudden they post a fake log that eliminated my posts and added theirs. It took forever to get them to refund my money . Best Buy and STG both blame the other for the delay . And both always say 2 days . The end result was Best Buy refunded my money after they say they had nothing to do with it . Very disappointed and will not buy from Best Buy again.
