- Answer Freesync vs Gsync. This monitor uses Freesync which is open-source tech. The S2716DGR uses Nvidia proprietary Gsync tech. A rule of thumb is AMD gpu = freesync, Nvidia gpu = Gsync.

QuestionWith Xbox One X, what's the max refresh rate this can achieve? 155Hz is with DP using PC correct?

- Answer Xbox one X has a maximum refresh rate of 120hz when using either 1080p or 1440p, and this is only achievable over HDMI 2.0. The tricky thing is to get the monitor calibrated to 120hz for the Xbox to recognize it as an option. I don't personally use this monitor for xbox. The Samsung CHG70 is a guaranteed success for xbox one x at 1440p 120hz.

QuestionI have a old Macbook Pro with 1 mini-DisplayPort. I want to know if I can connect the 2 monitors(S2719DGF) with 1 cable (like HDMI) and then plug one monitor with my laptop using HDMI 2 to mini-Displayport. I tried it but doesn't work. Any advice?

- Answer Apple doesn't support more than 1 external monitor on older laptops. They will disable one of the ports when the other is in use.

- Answer Yes it runs up to 144hz on hdmi. and on display port its runs up to 155hz but not sure if the xbox can actually play games on 120fps

QuestionIs anyone else having trouble playing Apex Legends on this monitor? I can play everything else fine, but Apex lags and stutters horribly. I was playing on a 1080p 60hz monitor before this one and apex worked fine. My computer is also brand new. Plx help!

- Answer I play Apex just fine on this monitor. I would check what settings you have on the monitor and advise you not to use the super fast mode as that's where I noticed screen tearing. Its hard to say it's a monitor issue without knowing the Specs of your rig.

- Answer Yes anything with a first number of 2560 whether it be 2560x1440 or 2560x1080 the 2560 is the width in pixels and the 1440 is the height in pixels.
