“I bought a Dell XPS 8960 from Best Buy. I am looking to buy another 1TB drive that I will want to clone as a back up drive. The drive is identified as : NVMe KXG80ZNV1T02 NVMe KIOXIA 1024 GB. Is there anything more specific to know when ordering this?”

Dell did answer my question but they forgot to tell me the primary drive is encrypted. The Samsung Magician software told me it couldn't clone an encrypted drive. Using a little searching, I had to unencrypt the drive using windows settings. Then after cloning the drive, i re-encrypted the primary drive.
