• It cerrtainly appears to support 120 Hz. Both of my Led TVs are 120 HZ and it works fine.

• I am currently using this on my led tv with a refresh rate of 120hz. The trick about tvs is the fact that most will only run at a max of 60hz. But with the features of different tvs you achieve the quality of 120hz. I've spent money on the very nice cords claiming up to 600hz and have tried it on a few different tvs and never saw the display show anything above 60hz. So to answer your question yes it supports 120hz.
