Hello there,

This is Dan with Dyson. You are absolutely correct, if the 360 Eye robot senses it is running low on battery it will return to the dock to recharge before resuming its duties.

Yes. However, the first time around the Dyson will roam to scan new areas. Don't give in to picking it up, just allow it to scan and complete a small clean of the new area. Once it returns to base and recharges it will continue where it left off + go back to the areas (Your thinking it missed). Just let it navigate and trust it. If you interrupt its first clean you will forever wonder why its not working properly. Point the finger at your self. 

PS the app gives detailed cleaning log's and maps of your home one the cycle is done.
