Hello Dee, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson does include instructions in the box with your machine outlining how to complete the minimal assembly required with your machine. We also offer a quick start card on the machine itself, as well as have quick start videos available on the Dyson website. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you will need to snap a few parts into place and there's a card with assembly directions attached to the handle. I'm a small female and I was able to assemble two of these Dysons in less than 10 minutes.
