A:Answer I HATE our Dyson and its vacuum hose, it is the most difficult thing I've ever tried to use. We've had this vacuum for three years now, so I'm irritated that their "help" person says it should stretch over time. It doesn't. And the vacuum won't stay standing vertical either, it keeps unclicking and falling over, meaning I have to constantly stand it up again. If I had known three years ago that this vacuum would cause me so many headaches I NEVER would have purchased it, and I will never touch another Dyson product because of it. What stupid engineering! If and when you can get the hose to stretch out even a little bit, then it kinks over where you hold it with your hand. All the suction is then gone and your wand is useless. I just finished using it this morning to vacuum the tile floors of my bathrooms and I had to stop because I'm so frustrated with it. What a joke!
