- Answer Dont know space you need it to fit into, but this is regular size of upright vacuum. Normal space needed.

QuestionI have the dyson ball animal 2 grey and purple, purchased it in November of 2019. It makes the worst noise when pulling back and leaves a line in my carpet. No obstructions. I need new before I purchase a different brand!☹️ Talked to service no help!!!!!

- Answer I don't know about the horrible noise, but the line could just be because the brush is actually two brushes...go over it a little differently and the line from the brushes will disappear. Good luck on the noise. I'd call Dyson.

QuestionCould not get the battery to charge correctly and was told to make sure the empty bin was properly closed. That worked. But now it will not hold a charge for longer than 6-7 mins. and today I cannot get the charge to work at all.What to do????

- Answer This site, is not letting me attach pictures. However, I can explain to you that when you take the bagless tank off in front there is a latch that you can pop out and up exposing the filter. There is also one in the left side of the ball on the vacuum.
