“Hi so I pressed the grey butting next to the power button on my vacuum by accident and I don’t know what it does but my vacuum stopped working and I tried pressing it again but it doesn’t turn on anymore, What can I do so that it turns on again?”

That button turns off the rotation system in case you wanna use just the suction power on certain surfaces. However the default mode of the vacuum is with rotation turned on. If you disconnect and connect again it should ideally work. If it still doesn’t work contact dyson support. Thanks
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Isaac, this is Kelly with Dyson. The gray button on your Dyson Ball Animal, located next to the power button, disables the brush bar. When your machine is on and reclined, the brush bar will automatically be spinning. Pressing that gray button will turn that off. It shouldn't affect the power to the machine, however.
