QuestionWe returned from our vacation to find that our wonderful Ball Animal upright has no suction and turns itself off when I try to use it. Apparently, our dog sitter used it and something bad happened. Can it be fixed?

- Answer It certainly can! Follow the instructions in the manuel to remove blockages. The blockadge is causing the thermal overload built in the vacuum to trip, and shut down the vacuum.

QuestionMy Dyson vacuum stopped having suction through the head as I was vacuuming the floor but the hose works fine. When I took a look at it the part of the vacuum that directs the suction keeps snapping back the the handle hose. How do I fix this?

- Answer Only difference that I have found is the extra little head that you see in some pictures... I think it's for upholstery... I bought the 1 and it came with it... I talked to a Dyson rep and she said that was the only difference. So if you don't care for it...(we've never used it, even on our old one). Just get the one.

- Answer I would suggest it... I just picked up the animal ball (1)... it's cheaply made! great suction when new, but to me that means it will wear the clutch out quick. Cheap plastic click sounds when you move from upright to vacuum position... Like most items I believe it is 1 yr, but I may be wrong.

- Answer Hello Pepe, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Ball Animal and Multi Floor 2 are similar with regard to performance. The Animal does have stronger suction, 270 air watts, compared to 245 air watts that the Multi Floor 2 has. Both machines have a self-adjusting cleaner head to seal in suction across all floor surfaces, and you can also disable the brush bar on both, when vacuuming on bare or delicate floors. QuestionHow does this do with long people hair? With my current Dyson it kust wraps around the bar and I find myself having to cut it out and clean the bar frequently which is a pain. 4 girls and a labradoodle so we have lots of hair.

- Answer My husband and i both have long hair, 3 cats and two birds: i feel it works better than others that im collecting until i find the ONE :) Also small grains like sand dirt litter "Does Not" spill back out once machine is turned off.

- Answer Yes, it comes with all the standard tools associated with any vacuum. Crevice tool, drapery tool, and a hand mini type of vacuum that attaches to the hose for cleaning couches and chairs. I imagine you can also use it small vacuum attachment for cleaning out your car floors and seats.
