How do you adjust the handle height on the Dyson Ball Animal for tall people? This vacuum's height is too short. null

I put my Dyson Ball animal to vacuum cleaner together easily without having to look at the instructions. But here we run into a problem; the handle length was perfect for me at 6 foot tall and I vacuumed with it voraciously on thick carpet for two weeks only for the handle length to collapse to a fixed position to whihich causes The vacuum to become hard to push and pull. It worked like a champ for two weeks at the correct position for me, then to handle collapsed after two weeks and now I read that it’s a fix position it’s not adjustable???

Hi Chloe, this is Kelly with Dyson. The handle height on the Dyson Ball Allergy cannot be changed. All of our vacuums have just one handle height - it's unfortunately not adjustable.

Solution for me is to disassemble to handle unit and reassemble it at the proper length that I need it to be then shoot two small screws one on each side to fasten the handle to that position fasten it at that position so it doesn’t collapse

I’m 6’7” and I don’t have an issue with it at all but the handle is not adjustable.
