I put my Dyson Ball animal to vacuum cleaner together easily without having to look at the instructions. But here we run into a problem; the handle length was perfect for me at 6 foot tall and I vacuumed with it voraciously on thick carpet for two weeks only for the handle length to collapse to a fixed position to whihich causes The vacuum to become hard to push and pull. It worked like a champ for two weeks at the correct position for me, then to handle collapsed after two weeks and now I read that it’s a fix position it’s not adjustable???

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Solution for me is to disassemble to handle unit and reassemble it at the proper length that I need it to be then shoot two small screws one on each side to fasten the handle to that position fasten it at that position so it doesn’t collapse
