“Hi, my question is this.....I have a cordless v10. When I use it too sweep my carpet or hardwood floors it blows the dirt or dust balls and does not pick them up very well. Could you please advise me on this matter. Thank you, Lucy”

Maybe you are letting the trash canister being filled pass the max fill line? Try emptying the vacuum @3/4 full. Hope this helps. I never had this problem with my V10 animal!

There is a red slide button that comes with a label , while looking directly at the front of floor unit, not looking down toward the floor in the "use" angle, that shows : 1) far left is Max suction, 2) far right is larger debris 3) middle between the two
