HI there, this is Tia from Dyson. Sorry to hear of the troubles with your Outsize cordless vacuum. We recommend removing the High Torque cleaner head from the machine, turn it over and undo the fastener. Locate the end cap and using a coin, turn it anticlockwise a quarter of the way, and remove the brushbar. Be sure to clear away any hair or fibers, and check the neck of the cleaner head (where the cleaner head connects to the wand) for any blockages or build-up of dust and debris.
