Q: QuestionWhy doesn’t this include the 10 pieces and extra battery? On Dysons website they sell it for the same price with 10 accessories including the extra battery.

The V15 Detect model we have has an anti-tangle comb built in to the cleaner head, as well as a hair-screw tool useful for vacuuming upholstery, stairs and other hard-to-reach areas. Q: QuestionI've never heard of a company that creates more confusion in the selection process. For instance, you say that ALL Dyson cordless vacuums cover the HEPA filtration, however, only certain models have HEPA listed? Which is it?
