Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Any machine with a brush bar has the potential to get pet or human hair wrapped around and caught in the bristles. The V15 Detect model we have has an anti-tangle comb built in to the cleaner head, as well as a hair-screw tool useful for vacuuming upholstery, stairs and other hard-to-reach areas.
