Three attachments and a rubber placemat to rest the dryer on are what came with it.

Dyson products, including the Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer, are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product.

The Dyson Supersonic along with all of our corded machines are designed for use in the country they are purchased in. The voltage in Japan is 100v while the voltage in the U.S is 110-120v. Therefore, this hair dryer will not operate in Japan. Our machines are not multi-voltage. Using a power converter can also damage them.

A:AnswerBought mine here stateside. The device is clearly marked 120V, 60Hz. So, you'd need a transformer for use in UK.
You might check UK models to see if they will support both types of power system....and would only need a plug adapter.
The electrical specs are encoded on the bottom of the blower head, just near the base of the handle.

This is Miella from Dyson. Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer is a full hair dryer and includes attachments for smoothing your hair (smoothing nozzle), a concentrator nozzle and a diffuser nozzle as well. It does not include an attachments specifically for curling.

So if you purchase in the US, you can use your machine in the US. If you purchase in Europe, you'd only be able to use the dryer in Europe. We also still do not recommend the use of an adaptor or converter, as the unit won't perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson, and can void your warranty as well. I hope this helps.
