“Charged battery, it was full, started using vacuum & it immediately went from 45 minutes to 24 minutes”

• I don’t remember if it immediately went to 24 minutes but it didn’t last 45 minutes.

Depending on the suction mode being used, flooring type you're vacuuming on (ie: carpeting, bare floors, etc.) and whether you're using a motorized tool, will all affect the run time you will receive.
