“Can this be used on carpeted stairs?”

• You probably wound not want to use the fluffy head on carpet because it is designed for hard surfaces, but you can still use the regular attachments. Make sure you chose a head designed for carpet, and I would consider a V8 or V10 or better (instead of a V7) because they have longer battery life.

• This vacuum is meant for hardwood/laminate flooring only, so I have not tried it on carpet. I don't think that the roller would work on carpet.

• Hello Tabba, this is Kelly with Dyson. The V7 Fluffy includes the soft roller cleaner head, which was engineered for use on bare floors. It's not designed for use on area rugs or carpeted surfaces. That said, this model does include a mini motorized head, which is excellent for vacuuming furniture, stairs or other hard-to-reach areas. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
