“I have a new large rug that is extremely soft and fairly thick. A regular vacuum cleaner will not run over it either forward or backward. I cannot pull an upright vacuum either way. Do you think this robot vacuum will do the job for me?”

Dear Desperate - sounds like a fabulously plush rug! Sadly, if an upright will not run on it, it is most likely too thick for any robotics vacuum as well. Thanks for considering Ecovacs.
