You can purchase filters. I normally just clean mines after every time I empty out the bin and it had stayed in great condition for over a year. If you maintain it clean it should last you a long time without having to purchase a new one anytime soon.

I am sure that you can find the filters at Best Buy altho I haven't tried. Amazon also sells this cleaner so they also probably carry filters. same would go for the brushes if you have to replace those which also I haven't had to do
