“My vac has stopped working properly. It will beep and turn off after on a few minutes. I cleaned the brush thinking that would help but it still is shutting off. It's not clogged either and fully charged. What could be wrong with it?”

Is the eye clean? Can it 'see'? Is the bumper still movable or is it jammed up or down? Do all the wheels spin?
