• Doesnt have to be wireless. The wireless has an App. I just set a schedule time on the remote and it goes when its time. It will automatically go back to its charging station.

• No, while the N79SE can be connected and controlled through the ECOVACS Home app, it also includes a remote control which can run the robot. Even more, the robot can also be started from simply pressing a button on the DEEBOT itself.
