If you’ve moved the dock into a new space and there isn’t a certain amount of space on either side of the dock, the sensors don’t pick up very well. I had the same issue until I moved it into a different spot with a bit more openness. Moved it to the next to the couch with a few inches of clearance on both sides. No problems.

Please confirm whether there are any dirts for Charging Dock Pins and Charging Contacts and wipe by a cleaning mop if any(make sure that Robot is switch OFF and unplug the Charging Dock before).
